45 minutes of core-blasting pilates! This class will use props such as light hand weights, bender balls, therabands, and contemporary movements to help develop a strong inner core while increasing strength and range of motion. Pilates strengthens pelvic floor muscles and is low impact; it's perfect for the postpartum mom, the fitness enthusiast, and the beginner! 


Bring a yoga mat and water!
