We have a gravel lot in the rear of the building (entrance on Park Ave) and on-street parking in front of the building.

- Security Lock & Key

- 4 rules: have fun, no judgement, don't give up; be loud
- Reservations are mandatory for all classes. If a class is full and you are not registered, you may not be guaranteed a spot.
- Please cancel your reservation if you cannot make it or your account will be charged and you’ll be marked as a “no show”. Cancellations made up to 6 hours before class will save your pass.
- Our classes are designed for individuals 18+ only. See schedule for childcare times.
- VIDEO POLICY: Participants are not permitted to video record in Dance Fitness. For all other classes, participants are only permitted to record themselves unless verbal consent is obtained from everyone who may be in the video.

- We offer an online membership that can be used at your own convenience! Only $29/ month (no contract required). You get access to our entire content library with over 100+ classes including Dance Fitness, BootyCamp, and Yoga!
***COVID-19 UPDATE AND AGREEMENT***
When reserving/attending classes, you are agreeing to the following:
- You have not been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within 10 days.
- You are not experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat.
- You have not had a fever in the last 48 hours.
- You will sanitize hands when entering and exiting the studio.
