spots leftLevel 1 and 2 students are welcome in this class! This is a great opportunity to learn both beginner/ intermediate - intermediate/ advanced tricks & combos. Both level 1 and 2 class plans will be taught, so there is something for everyone!
PREREQUISITE: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor.
**Email [email protected] to be admitted if you have prior pole experience and have not been through our Pole 0 course.
It is highly recommended that if it has been longer than 2 months since you have taken a Pole class that you first come to Open Pole to re-condition your body.
