CLASS DESCRIPTION:
In this FOUR WEEK SESSION you will learn the fundamentals of pole fitness safety, beginner pole spins, and basic pole tricks. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves into beginner-level combos. All fitness levels welcome. This class is appropriate for beginners.
*ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE SESSION*
For example, if you register for a Saturday session, you will meet every Saturday for 4 weeks at the same time.
POLE 0 INFO:
What to bring:
-Water
-Small towel/ rag for cleaning the pole
-Yoga mat for stretching
-Preferred attire: wear what you are most comfortable in! Please note that thigh and shin skin are required for pole sits & beginning climbing conditioning. If you'd prefer full length pants, we recommend looking into sticky pole leggings.
What NOT to bring:
-no lotion (at least the day of class, preferably the day before as well)
-no rings or bracelets (can cause injuries and may damage the pole)
-no heels needed
DISCLAIMERS:
*Pole can be an intense sport. You may get bruises, calluses, etc.
*Please keep in mind that if you need to cancel, please do so within the cancellation window (no less than 6 hours prior to class time on the first day) so the spot can be filled.
*ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE 6 HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS OR DROPS FROM THE CLASS AFTER THE FIRST SESSION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
