CLASS DESCRIPTION:
In this FOUR WEEK SESSION you will learn the fundamentals of pole+silks fitness safety, beginner pole+silks spins, and basic pole+silks tricks. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves into beginner-level combos.
Pre-requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0 prior to taking Pole+Silks!
*ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE SESSION*
For example, if you register for a Saturday session, you will meet every Saturday for 4 weeks at the same time.
POLE + SILKS 0 INFO:
What to bring:
-Water
-Small towel/ rag for cleaning the pole
-Yoga mat for stretching
-Preferred attire: shorts/ leggings and tank top/tee shirt
What NOT to bring:
-no lotion (at least the day of class, preferably the day before as well)
-no rings or bracelets (can cause injuries and may damage the pole)
-no heels needed
DISCLAIMERS:
*Pole+silks can be an intense sport. You may get bruises, calluses, etc.
*Please keep in mind that if you need to cancel, please do so within the cancellation window (no less than 6 hours prior to class time on the first day) so the spot can be filled.
*ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE 6 HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS OR DROPS FROM THE CLASS AFTER THE FIRST SESSION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
