This 4-week introductory class is designed for beginners who want to explore the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to properly use the Reformer machine, focus on alignment, and build core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Each session will include a mix of stretches, strengthening exercises, and mobility work, all while maintaining a focus on mindful movement.


Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique, this class will give you the foundation you need to progress safely and effectively.


What to bring/ wear:
Pilates/ grippy socks 
Water
Please have hair tied back (no claw clips) 

*Please keep in mind that if you need to cancel your spot in the series, please do so within the cancellation window (no less than 6 hours prior to class time on the first day) so the spot can be filled. Individual classes missed are approved by emailing the studio at [email protected]

*ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE 6 HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW  ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS OR DROPS FROM THE CLASS AFTER THE FIRST SESSION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
