Ready to work toward your Ayesha? This class is designed to build the strength, body awareness, and technique needed to balance in split grip. We’ll focus on conditioning drills, controlled transitions, and foundational skills that support a safe and successful path to Ayesha, with progressions tailored to your level.
Prerequisites: Solid butterfly; crucifix preferred.
