BENDY & FLEXY: HIP & LEG MOBILITY
This integrated stretching class is designed to equip students with tools needed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall movement patterns as it relates to pole. Students will participate in a variety of self-stretching and assisted-stretching techniques that intentionally correspond to various pole tricks.
*Yoga mat & knee pads encouraged
Prerequisite: Pole 0
