Bring your boo and celebrate Valentine's Day with a Pilates workout! Significant others attend for FREE (and will register at time of check in)!

Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. This fusion class will use props such as light hand weights, bender balls, therabands, and contemporary movements to help develop a strong inner core while increasing strength and range of motion. Pilates strengthens pelvic floor muscles and is low impact; it's perfect for the postpartum mom, the fitness enthusiast, and the beginner! 


Bring a yoga mat, booty band, and water!
