This slow-paced class is designed to help you reconnect with your body—exactly as it is. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and intention setting, then move into a supportive blend of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Expect mindful movement, long supported holds, and deep stretches using props or optional partner assistance. The focus is on feeling, not forcing—building strength, softness, and self-trust while calming the nervous system. This is your space to slow down, tune in, and refill your cup.
