This class is a great introduction to flips and small drops (drips, if you will)! We will learn these dynamic movements that maximize ohhhh’s and minimize AAAAHHHHHH’s and stay close to the ground.
The ideal participant should be very comfortable being upside down in a pole assisted handstand and have a strong shoulder stand. Leg hangs (inside/ outside)) is a bonus!
