Get the best of both worlds in this dynamic 60-minute reformer Pilates class designed to strengthen, sculpt, and restore. We’ll kick off with 45 minutes of high-intensity, full-body reformer work—focusing on core control, muscle endurance, and powerful movement. Then, we’ll transition into 15 minutes of guided deep stretching on the reformer to lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. Perfect for anyone who wants to challenge their body and walk away feeling recharged.


Prerequisite: Reformer Pilates Level 0 or prior approval from staff
