This workshop is designed to help current pole students improve their flow by helping them develop mind to muscle connectivity and movement fluidity. In part 1 of class, students will focus on skills and explore their own connection with mind, muscle, and music. In part 2 of class, students will learn a contemporary dance inspired choreography.
